No explanation or justification is required. If AegisMeetings is not the right fit for you right now, request a refund directly.
After a refund is completed, your account will be paused from using AegisMeetings. Because access is currently limited to founding companion members, if you leave the companion program you will need to wait until this companion campaign ends and the product opens broadly before you can use it again.
Companion access opens in waves so the system can stabilize step by step, rather than taking on too many users at once and widening the blast radius when issues appear.
After each wave opens, we want enough time to respond to user needs, fix bugs, refine workflows, and keep improving AegisMeetings stability and experience.
This refund rule applies only during the founding companion campaign. After general availability, refunds are governed by the AegisMeetings refund policy.
