① First-login trial
Once per account: logging in immediately grants 7 days of Ultimate access plus 5 hours of transcription quota, with the days starting to count right away.
② Ultimate monthly subscription
Subscribe at the current Ultimate monthly list price for the same plan and features. No annual lock-in; cancel renewal anytime.
Important: if you still have unused trial/gift time, it ends when the subscription starts — the paid entitlement takes over from there.
③ Plans available now
Ultimate is available to subscribe now; Light and Pro are coming soon.
④ When your quota runs out
Running out of transcription hours only stops transcription — your Ultimate features stay active for the rest of your plan days. Trial/gift hours have no backup buffer. You can upgrade to a paid plan, or voluntarily switch back to FREE (which immediately forfeits any remaining days and hours).
Refunds
A trial is provided; in-app self-serve refunds are not available after payment. Cancel renewal anytime; the current paid period is generally non-refundable. For refund requests, apply under the Paddle Refund Policy. Cases attributable to the Service (e.g. prolonged outage outside announced maintenance) are handled case by case. See the Refund Policy.

AegisMeetings Ultimate list price is US$19.99 / mo (USD), including 90 transcription hours per month and flagship features.

Ultimate is a monthly subscription (about 30 days per period), with no annual lock-in. Cancel renewal anytime; after cancel, the current period runs to the end and no further charges are made.
Do not double-click or reopen checkout repeatedly; instant duplicate checkouts are blocked. Users can cancel renewal; refunds go through Paddle or support and are handled by admins.
