Secure meeting records

Meeting secrets shouldn’t live as long-term plaintext

Encrypted meeting records, device-bound keys, and a public whitepaper—security you can inspect, not just slogans.

How we protect meeting records

AegisMeetings takes an end-to-end–oriented approach: unlock keys stay on your device when possible, and servers avoid treating meeting content as a long-lived plaintext archive.

Processing still has real limits (including an honest processing window). We document them instead of pretending zero risk.

What you can verify

Security isn’t a claim of absolute safety. We publish architecture notes so you can judge fit for your risk appetite.

  • Public security whitepaper: limits, defenses, and boundaries
  • Device-bound encryption to reduce easy reads after account theft
  • Keep your own backup recording for critical meetings

Honest disclosure

We do not claim NDAA or other specific compliance certifications today. Missing a badge is not the same as being insecure—evaluate against your industry and internal policy.
